Crystal Dizon is the Founder, Owner and CEO of Crystal Clean Janitorial (CCJ). She is a medically trained professional with a background in Cardiology and Family Medicine (since 2008). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Addictions Counseling, and has served as the Director of Operations and Practice Manager at (Lamb Health Direct Primary Care) (since 2019).

Additionally, she has some former background in law enforcement.  

 

With her background in law enforcement and the medical field, she brings a unique perspective to understanding specific janitorial requirements. Since November 2013, Crystal has been serving the East and West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona specializing in commercial cleaning, biohazard, post construction cleanup, surgical centers, law firms and medical offices. Her expertise and experience has provided her a unique insight into the particular janitorial needs of others including HIPAA certification for herself and her staff.
